Capturing My Leprechauns

Fact: I love St. Patrick's Day!  Ok, well I'm Irish.  At least one quarter Irish, thanks to my mother's mother.  So, bring on the corned beef and Irish soda bread!  And rice krispie treats - which have nothing whatsoever to do with St. Patrick's day or being Irish, I just love them!

My newfound favorite Irish sayings:

"May your thoughts be as glad as the shamrocks. May your heart be as light as a song. May each day bring you bright, happy hours. That stay with you all the year long."

"May you have the hindsight to know where you've been, the foresight to know where you are going, and the insight to know when you have gone too far."

"A good laugh and a long sleep are the two best cures."

Haha, Amen to that last one.  I think it's my new life's motto!

So, my backyard likes to yield about half of itself to clovers from October to April each year, which makes the perfect backdrop for pictures of my favorite little leprechauns each year!  But it does seem to be getting increasingly difficult to get them to look at the camera... enjoy!

Prior to 2009 I didn't have the house with the clovers, or the nieces, so that's the end of that.
